Terms & Conditions

Legal Protection for Your Nonprofit

As a nonprofit organization, it's crucial to establish legally binding terms to govern the activities of your website visitors, donors, and members. However, the information provided here is general and high-level. We strongly advise seeking legal counsel to ensure that the specific terms and conditions align with the unique nature of your nonprofit's operations and interactions with stakeholders.

Defining Terms & Conditions for Your Nonprofit

Terms and Conditions (T&C) for a nonprofit set the legal framework for interactions with website visitors, donors, and members. These terms establish the rules and guidelines for engagement, protecting both your nonprofit and the individuals involved. T&C should be tailored to your nonprofit's activities, whether it involves fundraising, volunteer engagement, or community outreach. It's important to seek legal guidance to ensure compliance with local regulations and safeguard your nonprofit's interests.

Key Components of Your Nonprofit's T&C Document

When crafting T&C for your nonprofit, consider addressing aspects such as membership eligibility, donation policies, intellectual property rights, privacy safeguards, and modification clauses. These provisions are essential for outlining the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved.
